Everyone takes up exercise for different reasons. Some people wish to drop weight, some add weight and others want to achieve a certain athletic accolade. I’ve made a list of few simple guidelines to follow regardless of you goal.

How do I get good at everything?

One question put to another successful fitness specialist has stuck in my mind. This question has since popped up in a few comments sections I’ve viewed.
