Born in Omagh, Northern Ireland, I originally came to England to study Film Production, before realising that Health and Fitness is my passion. Since then I’ve settled down in South London with my wife, Victoria
I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer in the City of London for 7 years, with market leaders such as Cre8 Fitness. Core clients of mine have included lawyers, bankers and high profile professionals—from sessions in the gym, to outdoor calisthenics, I’ve experience in all the aspects of bespoke tailored training.
But enough about me! Often in these areas of a website you’ll see long winded biographies of trainers’ lives up to this point; however, I’ve decided to keep it brief, here i’ll focus on what my website can do for you.
